Internet Security and Privacy Policies

Privacy refers to the use we make of the information we gather about you in the course of our business.
When you visit our website, what information do we gather about you?
The information we collect is provided only by you. This is done by filling out forms so that you can order a product or request additional information. To respond, we need your:
- Name, address, phone number and e-mail address
- Credit card number (only if you wish to place an order and pay in this manner)
If you do order a product from us, the information you provide us will be put in our "Customer File". This file is maintained "off-line" for our own use. We never trade or sell this information to other companies.
What do we do with that information?
For privacy and security reasons, we don't keep any customer information on our Internet servers. When you submit an order on-line, it is transfered to a different system which is "off-line", meaning not connected to the Internet at all. From a privacy standpoint, this ensures that no one can break into the system to pirate your information. From a security standpoint, it ensures that no one can steal your credit card number off the Internet.
What about session tracking and "cookies"?
Many organizations engaged in Internet commerce employ "cookies", which are small bits of code stored on your computer, to keep track of repeat visitors to their sites. We DO NOT use cookies; we do not collect any information about you other than that which you knowingly provide us and we do not store any information on your computer. If you visit us repeatedly, we have no way of knowing this unless you place an order or send us an e-mail message during each visit.
What about communicating via e-mail?
We read every message that comes to us. We also try to respond back within at least 24 hours of its receipt. We save e-mail addresses and messages that might be needed in the event that you contact us again.
Again, this information is stored "off-line" and we DON'T sell or give out e-mail addresses to any other companies.
